Terms of Service

By accessing or using AnyMind, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use AnyMind only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your data, and activity performed through your account.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content.

Paid plans are processed by Creem, our payment and subscription provider. By subscribing, you agree to Creem’s checkout terms and to these Terms of Service where they apply.

Pro is offered as a recurring subscription billed once per month in US dollars (USD), unless a different currency or interval is clearly shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

When you complete checkout, you authorize recurring charges each billing period until you cancel. We may change Pro pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; if a change materially affects you, we will describe how to accept or cancel before the change takes effect where required.

If a renewal payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend or downgrade access to paid features until the issue is resolved.

You may cancel Pro so that it does not renew at the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not by itself delete your AnyMind account or erase your outline data.

To cancel by email: send a message from the email address associated with your AnyMind account to [email protected]. Use the subject line “Cancel Pro subscription” and confirm that you want recurring billing to end. We will process the request or coordinate with Creem as needed and reply when cancellation is scheduled.

If Creem provides you with receipts, a customer portal, or self-service links to manage your subscription or payment method, you may also cancel or update billing through those channels when available. Follow the instructions shown in Creem’s interface or emails.

After cancellation is effective, you keep access to Pro features through the end of the period you have already paid for, unless checkout or a written notice from us states otherwise.

Billing errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Include the account email on file, the charge date, and the amount. We will investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a refund or correction through Creem.

General policy: Except for billing errors or amounts we are required to refund under applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods during which you had access to Pro features. Stopping use mid-period does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the unused portion.

Statutory rights: If you are a consumer, mandatory local laws (for example certain EU or UK rules on digital services or withdrawal periods) may give you additional rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.

AnyMind, including its software, design, and product materials, is protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app, subject to the rights required for us to operate and improve the service.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim for reliability, but the service is provided on an as-available basis.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
